BSNL 3G Prepaid SIM
Regarding Poor Service

Dear Sir,

I live in sector- 2, Near Ramlila Maidan, P.O. Dhurwa, Ranchi-4. I have purchased my 3G prepaid SIM from BSNL office, near Shaheed chowk, Ranchi, dated on 5/12. My 3G SIM No. is 8986751244. I have earlier lodge a complaint through online but nobody pay attention towards my complaint. The problem is that when I open/connect internet at that time tower strength shows good (around 72%), after some time tower strength show very low (around 19%) at the same time internet run very slow and when I open page/window, frequently appears this message “Web Page Is Not Found” or “Server Is Not Found”.

Therefore, I request you to look into this problem and solve it as soon as possible.
