I am Alok Chaudhury, a resident of Joynaga west, Agartala. I have broadband connectivity against my landphone no 2315964.My land phone is OK but I am unable to use my broadband facility since last 15 days. DSL of my modem is found in blinking mode. Complaint stating all details is being made but did not yield any positive response.

Requesting immediate restoration of Broadband service/connectivity.
