I bought a sim for Rs. 50 In which I recd. 50 Rs. talktime and thereafter I recharged with Rs. 98 for Internet in Data card. Rs 50 talktime I recd. but the amount paid for net was not taken into account by your co. & so my Rs. 50 Deducted from my account and my balance becomes NIL.Your dealers said when I asked to him that it was network problem with BSNL.
Kindly resolve this matter ASAP and get my account recharged with Rs. 50.My no. is 9411876732
