Broadband not working since April

I have shifted my telephone from earlier address to my new address A-103, Devnandan desire, Motera, Ahmedabad in April. My new Telephone No is 079-27700608. Since April I could not avail the facility of Broadband inspite of paying rent regularly. After my repeated complaint daily one engineer comes and return after blaming others.

I am mentioning some name of Engineers

Mr Bhavesh

Is it proper that BSNL charges regular rental with us without giving any servises of broadband.

I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter to restore my connection and refund the broadband charges which has been charged with us without giving any services,
