Excess usage charge

Espected sir,

bsnl has changed their tariff without giving any information to local public and hence a lot people was given with huge amount without their fault.

according to my plan 500combo using internet froom 2am to 8am is free but the in the bill of February and march i am charged including that usage charge thousand of people are having the same problem due to this change in plans without giving any information to customers.

please look into the matter and necessary actions.
