Music on demand not deactivated

Dear Sir,

I have a land line telephone connection at my home, I have taken b.s.n.l. broadband on it with giving cost Rs.1625/- (including modem charges one month deposit).unlimited plan.

After that I have applied for new telephone instrument in one year advance rent.

scheme but they have charged rs.1500/- inspite of rs.1324/-. And in my telephone bill they have added one useless scheme for me without my proper consent. and are charging rs.149/- every month in my bill.

I had called the toll free number of B.S.N.L. and requested to deactivate the scheme., but the b.s.n.l. authority has not taken any action on my request, and the charges are still continue.

Further they are not adjusting my advance rent in my bill.

so kindly reply me what to do?
