One month bill excess

My name is (rikabchand c p) am using bsnl NIC card.. last year that is august month i had paid five months pending bill...

per month 286 my rental..

two months after i got three months bill.. one bill excessly came..

i had made a complaint in bsnl office with my bill..

and i had paid the three bill also..

there is no response for my complaint.. so only i made complaint in this site..

i kindly request you to // refund my one month bill or reduce it from the pending bill..
