Transfer of BSNL connection and Broadband

Applied for the transfer of BSNL connection from marathahalli to k.r puram in january. But till now I could not get it done, despite of calling them continously. I do not anyone who is/will be waiting for the about 9 months for any type of transfer. As a last hope trying whether this could work or not. Would be glad if some help is being done in this respect.
