I have BSNL broadband at my home. Couple of months back it stopped working and registered a complaint (0610/966) through call center regarding the same but still it is in the same state. I have even approached them directly in person to help me but no response from BSNL. Whatever the case, still getting the bill properly eveymonth for the non-working broadband connection.
