ULF900 is dead slow (promised speed is 4mbps)

Few days back I moved to ULF900 (4Mbps upto 8 GB, 256 Kbps beyond 8 GB).

1. BSNL didnt inform about username change. I felt INTERNET was not working.

After spending few hours over phone, got new username password.

2. With new username password, I able to browse, but it the speed noticeably sloooow

Speed testers shows speed varying from 35 kbps to 1Mbps, most of the time below 512kbps.

I am planning to go back to Combo 500C where I used to get above 1Mbps, where I never felt speed was a problem.
