Improper response from bsnl banglore

Dear Sir,

It was when i decided to make a complaint to BSNL Bangalore as my broad band (0805463897) was not working properly past one week. I had complained them before and i just wanted to check the status of the complaint. So i made a call to 08025480010 on November 29th at 1:20 PM. One lady attended the phone, and even before i started to describe my issue, she started to shout at me and used abusive words then disconnected the line. I tried to call them again on same number but there was no response from them. I really feel humiliated due to this incidence and it really hurt me. So i hope you will look in to this issue as soon as possible and take necessary steps to avoid this kind of issues from government employees.
