New Broadban Connection

New Landline connection is pending Order Number: 87043272

Registered for new landline connection on 11th DEC and there is no proper response from your side. I have called to Customer care 080 22231500, but the reply was my service has been cancelled and asked me to call to this number 080 23552543 but no one answering the call. It seems that some cheating going on from your side.

A week ago I had communicated with GM of BSNL Karnataka (MR. R. Mani) 080 25576577 they diverted me to send mail to this ID: pgoktk@gmail.com. I wonder why they are using gmail address for official purpose.

Still no response from your side.

I will escalate this as a ciber crime if i do not get any proper response (either my money back or new connection).
