Not Providing Service

I have been paying Broad Band bills for last two months. But even after docketting several times, they are so reluctant to provide me uninterrupted service. I am disappointed beyond description. BSNL is such a irresponsible organization that they do not pay any heed to customer complaint and for last two months, my Broad Band is dead. All bills are paid till date.
