No provide rural area broadband connection

I am Basant singh from village viram PO: bhikhiwnid I have apply for broadband connection from 1 month when I apply the connection combo plan 299 monthly after some days the employ of bsnl from the exchange bhikhiwind which far 5 KM from my home the employ of the bsnl tell me that threre is not link of broadband and I will soon come to your home after checking the cable But not come back till date I use the landline connecton from 1997my phone number 01851-273147 and now I want to use the broadband connection at my home through landline Pls provide me this facility of govt of India I will be very thanks to you
