I have recharge with rs. 98 gprs pack on 19/12 and whose validity is up to 17/01. but BSNL is not providing me appropriate services as the connection fails many times telling 'package data connection not available, temporary network problems, etc.& due to which I am facing many problems. So, I request you to please take proper action so that other customers and I can get good services ever after.
