Broadband connection not working

Hi Sir,

I have applied for BSNL broadband connection in Greater Noida and it was activated in December. After one month it stops the working automatically. I have already logged a complaint in this regard to Greater Noida Telephone Exchange but nothing has been done in this regard.

This broadband connection is not working from 20 days. Hope this problem will be rectified soon.

Please suggest what needs to be done to make this work.
