Internet connection problem

BSNL is the worst internet provider in our country. They want to us to pay the bills on time and if not they know how to impose the fine on us. But, they aren't concerned about our problems at all. I'm facing the broadband cable problem since 2 months. They come repair and in 2 days again the problem repeats and when I asked the technician to change the cable, he tells me, from where to get the new cable? What a disgusting answer? Does he going to spend from his pocket to get a new cable for me? They take our hard earned money and just sit in the office and take their monthly salary without any worries. We're the people who suffer even after paying the dues religiously. Shame on BSNL and their authority. I wish, I could change my broad band connection. Unfortunately, due to my location, I can have only BSNL :(and that's why BSNL is taking advantage of poor people like us.
