Internet service not operating correctly

The Braudband Internet service provided by BSNL for my land line connection at Pune Residance (Line # 91-20-24349370) is not operating properly for last 15-20 days. The Internet gets connected & disconnected very often for No Reason. The engineer incharge informed that it is a line fault - however the issue is long pending & has not been resolved. NOTE - Advance payment for one year Internet Broadband service provision is made to BSNL
