Broadband connection not installed and deposit not refunded

Sir,

i have applied for a broadband connection with BSNL on 25/04 through an agent named: E BABU, agent id :30196 residing at agathiar nagar, villivakkam. The fore said agent collected 900/- from me as a deposit and gave me a receipt of 500/- with a ReferenceRef:61239823 AN:62247239 and promised me the connection will be installed within 3 days. After waiting for a week and seeing no progress i went to BSNL office at Agathiar Nagar where they told me that there is no feasibility in my location and i can apply for refund of my deposit in Anna Nagar Customer Care which i did on the next day itself by submitting an application form for refund of my money. To my embarrasement i didnt get my money back till date (24/07). So i humbly request you to take severe action against these thugs.
