BSNL Broadband
To get increased speed

I am using BSNL BROADBAND PLAN 750UL HOME for last 2yrs... I heard from someone that BSNL increased speed for my plam from 512Kbps TO 1Mbps and also i confirmed that from bsnl website... BUT I AM NOT GETTING INCREASED SPEED... I only get 40-50KBPS download speed

PLZ HELP ME WITH THIS
