Broadband not working from day of installation

I had taken the BSNL Broadband internet connection on 25th March and it's not working since then. Requested to Rajendra Nagar office, Bareilly to look into matter but nobody could solve the problem. Persons contacted for the problem are Mr Arora, Mr Kalra, Mr Gangwar (SDO). It has been almost 5 months since I have taken the connection and it did not work even for single day. Every time time I got the same answer that there is a problem with Line and no body further looks into the problem. Please help.
