BSNL Broadband
BSNL Cannot connect always

I have many complaints through BSNL CustomerCare number i.e 1500 for the bad internet service provided by BSL Broadband. Since last week of March '11 the broadband link is horrible. My crucial bank transactions, class room coachings etc got hamperred and suffered a lot. I called upon the area Mancheswar SDO, and then he asked me to to call another number, then again from that person I got another persons number and the loop contineus. No respite till date. I am distant MBA student and I need a fast internet connectivity to attend the classes. So i rely on BSNL Broadband. I think I have no option other than this.

Hope anyone listens to it and help me in my studies.

This time I am lucky, as the connection is stable for sometime and I am posting this complain.
