ERROR 691

Dear sir i have taken bsnl broadband new connection but it does not working proparly. it indicates error no 691, i have tallad about this problem to bsnl exchang botad-364710 but thay are not able to solve my problem, my telephone no is 02849-254741, my demand id is 0000232190, and broadband ordar no:8001129375-demand not.my ddn no:0000232190. i pay all charge for new connection,

so pleas as early as posibal solv my problem.
