BSNL Broadband not working properly

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring my pathetic condition by using BSNL Broadband Service. I have Broadband Service on my Landline number 040 27556288 (Hyderbad). Right from the inception, some 10 months back, it is giving problem every time. The ADSL goes off, and the internet is disconnected. I have to wait for some time, and then, the ADSL comes back. Due to this problem, my pages goes off, and sometimes, I need to login again. I have made umpteen number of complaints on this problem, and every time they say, they are going to rectify it, but they never. Right from the beginning, I could not enjoy the un-interrupted performance not even for two hours. Earlier, I was having an unlimited package, and due to this problem, I have shifted to limited package. Even after, I am paying BSNL for poor service they are providing. Due to this cause, forcibly I had to go for a private operator as a stand-bye. I hope, Forum will take this to the notice of BSNL, which is not at all serious on Customer interests.
