Connectivity Problem

Dear Sir,

Broadband connected to my telephone line (04344 - 274369) is not functioning properly. Very frequently I am facing connectivity problems. When ever there is a problem, I use to lodge online complaint but no one bothers about it even weeks togather. The problem is, when ever i switched on the PC & Modem, internet get connect for about 5 minutes and goes off. continuous breaks in the connectivity. Complaint No. 07554 / 11.11.2009 is not yet attended and it is already 5th week. Request immediate attendtion to resolve the problem once for all.
