BSNL Broadband
Broadband connection not provided from 10 months

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had applied for BSNL Brodband connection on 07/02 in Jaipur, but they have not provided me the connection nor any information till when I will get the connection, I am following it up since February but no positive response is given by them. Fiber is laid down but still they have not provided the connection. There are 4- 5 more cases who have applied for broadband connection but didnt get broadband connection though fess of RS 500 is deposited in month of Feb. We are waiting for it from past 10 months.
