Internet not working

This is my BSNL Tele no:-080 25362925,

In every month I face problem with my Internet and end paying full amount to BSNL.

I have called so many time to the person who has been assigned to my area but he respond in very rude way. When I told him about complaining he said he is area GTO and asked me if I cant fix the problem myself then I should disconnect my connection.

Please help me in this regard.

Name of the person whome I have spoken is Sampat he is assigned to Vivek nagar Bangalore area.
