Non application of CHANGE OF BROADBAND PLAN

1 I ve submitted an application on 19Nov 09 for change of Broadband plan (from existing Home 500C to Home 750, which is Broadband Unlimited usage) at office of Commercial Officer, Shahdra Ex, Ghaziadab. No bill was generated at the end Nov 09

2 Bill for Nov -Dec 09 was generated in Jan 10, with a Amount of Rs 6383.

3 On inquiring at same office, i came to know tht my old plan (Broadband Home 500C) is still in progress and its not changed to new plan (Home 750) There was no intimation to me.

4 My usage was according to UNLIMITED plan but they ve charged as per old plan, and thts why bill is so high.

5 kindly change my plan at the earliest and charge me as per Home 750 from 01 dec 09.
