I have taken broadband connection for my home from BSNL and am regularly getting problems of its connectivity. Funniest part of the complaint is that i keep on trying to get connected to the net for hours without any success and whenever i call the customer care, they always tell me that there is some fault in the line and will be restored in one day, but immidiately after that the net starts working???

I would be glad to know howq this miracle works in BSNL.
