BSNL Broad Band
User ID and password to check broadband usage

Sir,

My landline number is 0183-2223582. I have been using bsnl broadband and was able to check my usage. In may i subscribed iptv on the same connection and got new password and user ID. since then i am unable to check my usage. It says that portal id and password are invalid... How to get the real portal id and password for my broadband connection?? pls help me asap
