CANCAELATION NOT DONE

Dear Sir,

My Name is Nikhilkumar Shah.

I am residing at 249C-Regent, Shiprasuncity, Indiarapuram, Ghaziabad.

My Home phone no is 0120-2651681. I have submitted application for cancellation of my phone & broadband services on February 22nd, as i am moving to another state. I have done follow up with respected authority for arround 8-10 times personnly but, there are no action taken on this matter. I have fully paid up my bill for my phone & Broadband services.

I also have 1100Rs deposite with BSNL.

Sir can you please kindly look in to it to cancel my Phone & Broadband service.
