BSNL Broadband connection not working

I relocated my telephone from Ramesh Nagar (Indira Nagar Exchange-Old No.25225154) to Kundanahalli gate (Brooke Field Exchange-New Ph No28540504). The phone got installed on 10th Feb I been given lots of complaints, and went to the exchange personally. No response.

I'm working in an MNC, since I don't have net connection I was not able to attend the conference at late night. Most of the time I need to go to office and attend the calls.

I purchased the type II modem from BSNL by paying around Rs.1800.Hence I'm not in a position to take another service.

BSNL is trying to grab new connection by giving lots of sales promotion. But there is no effort on retaining the existing customers.
