My LL no 03242-254858. what is my customer id and circle id? EVERSINCE I downloaded self care software yesterday from http://www.motive.bsnl.co.in/, i am unable to connect. how to disable the firmware upgrade {it showed firware upgrade while installing/scanning}? i resotored to previous date but its same. installing os again would solve?
