SIR, I HAD PAID ONE YEAR ADVANCE PAYMENT OF BSNL-BROADBAND - " 750 UNLIMITED PLAN " ON 12 MARCH AND THE BROADBAND GOT STARTED FROM 1ST OF MAY. NOW I RECEIVED A BROADBAND BILL OF THE MONTH OF MAY, WHICH SHOWS THE DETAILS OF "250PLAN" AND THE USAGE CHARGES WHICH I HAV USED IN THAT MONTH. WHEN I HAVE ALREADY MADE ONE YEAR ADVANCE PAYMENT OF UNLIMITED PLAN THEN HOW CAN I BE CHARGED IN THIS WAY? PLEASE HELP ME MY MOBILE NUMBER IS = 09681111202 .
