BSNL Broadband
MODEM NOT WORKING

I am a resident of ind. area cheeka. I have bought bsnl broadband but since the first day the wi-fi is not working. It's been more than a month now and daily i am going to the bsnl telephone exchange but untill now no action has been taken. The person in charge is Mr. Sushil and the customer care no. is 01743221003. Also i have paid the fixed rent of internet broadband along with the full price of modem. So its a humble request from our side to help us out in this matter.
