Dear Sir,
I am sorry to infrom you that I am a Broadband customerBSNL.My name is Satyajit Bose. I have a land lineTelephone with Broadband more than 5 to 6 years old. My Broadband telephone No;-is 033 2428 9767. But The BSNL Broadband is not functioning properly from 24/07 to today. I informed my area Exchange 033 2427 1015/1016 Harinavi Exchange, 033 2435 1000/1015/2200 and customer care center so many times but no action still to day onwards. Even I have registered Complaint on 1504 about the same and i got the complaint number-L6566.From that date 24/072010 I keep complaining that my Broadband is not working- there is no DSL light comming on the Modem. But no one has either responded to it or sorted out this issue till now even though the complaint is lodged to area Exchange through phone and in by person. No one has responded till now. I would like to enlighten you the fact that problem regarding Link fail for 14 days is over and no internet connection. It is utterly shameful that the problem still live now.14 dasy is enough time to solve this problem. BSNL Broadband support service and area Exchange is cruel joke played by BSNL on it's customers. I am totaly frustrated. So please you take action for this problem. Its my humble request to you. I hope to get properly working Broadband service as soon as possible.
