BROWING NOT POSSIBLE/SERVER NOT FOUND PROBLEM

My Tel. is 0484 2774699.

I have taken a Broadband connection but till date I have not been able to get the services I need. I am not able to browse any sites due to server not found problem. The matter was brought to the notice of this no.who installed the system 9526345418, but to no avail. I have paid installation charges /usage charges for no service till date. Kindly help.
