BSNL Broadband
Excess delay in connection

I submitted an application for broadband connection on may 22.

since then i went to the bsnl office & i reminded them many times times, they also gave me written confirmation after no action is taken i emailed the higher authorities also & they mailed back telling that they will take some action and i will get the connection soon. but till now nothing happened. i m still waiting for the connection.
