BSNL Broad Band
Connection not stable

Land Line no 01662276226. The double rent paid no Phone & broad band. Broad band link not stable (error stated 676, 678, 718 semultaniously) since 20 Aug. complain submitted on phone many time (01662-232371, 232381) & email on 28 Aug, 08 Sep, 11 Sep & reminder on 14 Sep. But no any action taken by BSNL HISAR.

Please rectify it.
