BROADBAND DISCONNCTION

Sir,

Myself G.Govindarajan, Tel No: 0180-2595363. from Panipat Refinery Township, writing my difficulties to you. My Telephone connection having Broadband facilitiy also. This situated in Panipat Refinery Township In the name of DADLANA Exchange/PANIPAT.

From 14.09.2010. Onwards my telephone and BROADBAND also not working. I contacted concerned JTO/SDO thru Telephone, I described my problem. I also visited DADLANA EXCHANGE. Their Mr. Ramesh checked my connection in board. He told as “the connection disconnected from PANIPAT”. Then I approached PANIPAT BSNL officials by telephone (2631000/2630700/2681000). The officials are told my connection was disconnected due to “shifting of telephone, not updated in computer”.

I shifted my telephone on 17.07.by getting PROPER ORDER form PANIPAT OFFICE and shifted new residence. From, 19.07.2010 onwards my Telephone/Broadband connection was working in good condition. After 14.09.2010 only my connection disconnected. I contacted concerned JTO/SDO so many times thru mobile, then On 18.09.2010. evening 15.00 hrs the LANDLINE CONNCECTION ONLY restored. But still my BROADBAND not rectified. My BROADBAND connection is UNLIMITED HOME COMBO Plan. What is use of only telephone connection service. Then, I approached the JTO/SDO BSNL regarding BROADBAND service, they told to me approach the customer care at PANIPAT. It’s disgraceful that a company as big as BSNL is not able to get it rectified. It’s a shame that the connectivity is bad and there is absolutely no redressal of the problem and this is display of absolute slackness, which is least accepted from a company like BSNL.

Please take the action immediately as soon as possible.
