BSNL Broadband
Waiting for the connection from past 30 days

Hi,

I have applied for a BSNL broadband connection a month back and still waiting for their connection.

I called the local exchange guy multiple times but all I get is tomorrow we will fix it, next week for sure, line man is on vacation and sometimes they don't pick the call so I went to the Taramani customer care center and informed them, they called the exchange people and gave me another deadline to wait so I waited but no one came. I went to the customer care center again and they called here and there and gave another deadline but same problem. I need the internet because I work from home also and there is no airtel broadband available only BSNL is there.
