How to register to bsnl portal as i don't know my customer id

Sir, I want to register to bsnl portal... so that i can avail online services. But it asks for customer id that is given on our telephone bill... But it is not accepting anything printed on my bill i have filled each n everything that looks like an customer unique id but it is not accepting anything. I am totally messed up with this as i am unable to get my usage details from last 1.5 months. Please help me out and tell me how to know about my customer id that could help me in registering on bsnl portal to avail online services.
