WORST SERVICE FACED FOR INTERNET BY US

Ref: Receipt No:64043 for Rs:6152/- Dt:17.11.2007

Dear Sir / Madam,

We had applied for a new connection of internet of Hathway one month back after making proper enquiry that our area is under the coverage area (Santacruz East) and also the representative who had come to our office had confirmed that the internet connection facility is provided in this area by Hathway.

Since then is has been one month and we are still waiting for the connection from Hathway

After repeated reminders to your local office in Kalina and after getting completely irritated we opted for a refund 10 days back and since then again and again we have been reminding them for returning our cheque but still no action is taken on the same.

We regret to say that we have never faced such bad experiences for getting a internet connection form any internet service provider.
