i am palaniyappan anbazhahan i staying at singapore unable to video chat

i having problem with my home broadband last 06 month unable to video chat . kindly requeste please rectify that problem . i am bsnl customer last 12 years.please check any problems or need renew cable or what?

give as advise and rectify as soon as possible i feel so sad with bsnl please rectify thank you
