Hi,

I was Having till december 600 home use plan from bsnl broadband, but since I saw their pamplates which show at 900 pm they unlimited download and speed of 4 mbps, I changed it to that plan, but now one week has passed, i am not getting the speed which I use to get previously now I am getting only 30kbps, I tried to contact bsnl, first of all they didnt pick phone, and when they pick they give only assurance and still I am not getting the speed as they mention, It is fraud they are giving by fooling the customer, I want to take a very strict action against them... this people enjoy government salary and facility but dont do their work...

please suggest me the action... or help me to solve the problem
