My telephone no : 0253-2416718 BSNL Broadband Nasik, Maharashtra, As per the plan which I have taken I should get 4mbps speed (900 uld home plan), but I am getting only 30 kbps speed,

and no one in the bsnl is solving the problem behaving arrogantly and not picking the phone...
