Unstable Connection

I have a BSNL land-line 03326548304 on which i have subscribed for broadband for the past 3 years. For around the last 2 months the connection has become horribly unstable. I play multiplayer games and voice chat with friends. The connection drops every 5 minutes or so. It may even take an hour before the connection drops, but on an average the connection drops around 10 times an hour. Repeated complaints have been made to BSNL but of no use. I am not able to subscribe for any other broadband provider because its not available in my area. It has become the habit of Telephone Exchange to close the complaint docket numbers without rectifying the fault.
