BSNL Broadband
HEAVY BILLING WITHOUT MY USAGE

I have not used the broadband. BSNL served a heavy billing for Nov. 2010. I complained to the General Manager but to response. I am served with another heavy bill for December. I do not know how to remedy the problem.
