NOT ABLE TO CHECK BROAD BAND USAGE

I talked with customer care executive (BSNL BROAD BAND SERVICE) few days ago, in order to check usage of the perticular service. As told by them i registered my account (selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in) with my CUSTIMER ID%%%% and other perticulars mentioned in the registration form. Reply was shown that i will get the registration confirmation and my password through my email. Since then three days have passed and i hav'nt recieved any confirmation niether my password. I again tried to register my account but it shows the customer I.D has alredy been registered. Please help me to solve the problem.
