BSNL Broadband
BILL IS VERY HIGH

Sir, the bill of last three months of my broadband connection is so high. i went to all bsnl offices of my town, fatehnagar [circle office] & my district office at hiranmagari sec. 4 but i didn't get the sufficient information about the usage. they not give me the details of broadband usage & send me here & there. how can i submit the bill without no more usage of bill? my phone is dead from 2 & half months & we have 250Rs plane of 2.5gb usage we sure that we had not use more than limit. what will i do?
